El Festival Internacional de Cine de Zimbabue (ZIFF) 2023, ha seleccionado el documentlas LAS HUELLAS DE LOS AUSENTES en su SELECCIÓN OFICIAL en el principal festival panafricano que exhibe películas de Zimbabwe, África y la Diáspora. Una muestra cinematográfica que exhibirá la diversidad de las culturas y experiencias africanas. 

para la directora ZUMAYA MAYERS ser parte de la SELECCIÓN OFICIAL implica un mauyor compromiso en producir contenidos que fortalezcan la identidad cultural afrocolombiana y rescaten la herencia africana en el contienente americano.

LAS HUELLAS DE LOS AUSENTES. GANADOR CONVOCATORIA ABRE CÁMARA 2022.

El Ministerio de las TIC otorgó al documental LAS HUELLAS DE LOS AUSENTES estímulo en la categoría PRODUCCIÓN DE NUEVOS DOCUMENTALES UNITAROIOS, en la gala ocurrida en el Teatro Colón de Bogotá.

El documental dirigido por ZUMAYA MAYERS narra como la gestora cultural Alicia Castillo Lasprilla busca, en Puerto Tejada, inspiración en los intelectuales que fundaron, en Bogotá, en 1943, el primer centro de pensamiento afro en Colombia: “El Club Negro”, para preservar los “valores negros” de la Esgrima caucana y las muñecas Abayomí, tradiciones en riesgo de desaparecer.

CAMINANDO CON TUMBAO. GANADOR PREMIOS TAL 2020 CATEGORÍA IDENTIDAD E INCLUSIÓN REGIONAL

The TAL NETWORK awarded CAMINANDO CON TUMBAO, a co-production of FUMCETA and TELEPACÍFICO, the TAL 2020 CATEGORY INCLUSION AND REGIONAL IDENTITY AWARD in a virtual ceremony conducted by Marina Gleser from Buenos Aires Argentina and Fernando Rivera Calderón from Mexico Federal District, awards that included the participation of 485 television works from 12 Latin American countries in 27 categories.

CAMINANDO CON TUMBAO GETS CALL FOR THE SINGLE FUND OF ICT

The documentary series CAMINANDO CON TUMBAO was the winner of the special projects presented by TELEPACÍFICO to the Unique Fund for ICT of the Ministry of Information Technologies and Communications MINTIC. The 6-part series is a co-production between FUMCETA and TELEPACÍFICO.

FUMCETA IS THE WINNER OF THE 2018 TELEPACÍFICO CALL

The Ethnic and Environmental Media Foundation was the winner of the TELEPACÍFICO CALL 2018 with the series about soccer stories SUEÑOS DE CAL.

Voces del Maravelí - ombligados of the ETHNIC AND ENVIRONMENTAL MEDIA FOUNDATION was the winner in the category PRODUCTION AND REALIZATION OF UNIT DOCUMENTARY DEVELOPED BY ETHNIC GROUPS.

FUMCETA WINNER CALL FOR COMMUNICATIONS 2013 FROM THE NATIONAL TELEVISION AUTHORITY AND THE MINISTRY OF CULTURE OF COLOMBIA.

The National Television Authority (ANTV) and the Ministry of Culture granted STIMULUS PRODUCTION OF ETHNIC TELEVISION UNIT DOCUMENTS to the documentary “Los viajes de Barule” with the aim of promoting quality television content that addresses issues related to artistic manifestations, the tangible and intangible heritage, preservation of memory, the relationship of communities with their territory, science, cultural diversity, identity and youth cultures.

It should be remembered that this call closed registrations on September 16, and received proposals divided by categories: Non-Fiction, and Ethnic Groups, within which several awards were given. Now, what remains is to start developing these productions, once the economic stimulus bags have been delivered by the ANTV and the Ministry of Culture.
