Social Communicator and Journalist with more than 28 years of experience in the creation, development and production of audiovisuals for television and digital platforms such as documentaries, storytelling, video clips, institutional and promotional videos. Winner of national audiovisual projects. Researcher and narrator of the peaceful territory, culture and its customs.

MARCIA SANTACRUZ PALACIOS

Psychologist with a Master's Degree in Government and Public Administration from the Complutense University of Madrid. Executive Producer of FUMCETA. He leads the International Cooperation for the production of the Foundation's documentary series.

CÉSAR AMERICO PRADO MOSQUERA

Agricultural Business Administrator and Project Management Specialist. He leads the formulation and execution of FUMCETA's academic and social projects. Social manager leading environmental education processes in his native Guapi, Cauca.

CLAUDIA LORENA MERA LUCUMÍ

Sociologist with a Master's Degree in Public Policy from Universidad del Valle. He leads the formulation of research on Ethnic, Raizal and Palenquero issues for the consolidation of participation in Democracy and civic culture.

JUNIOR ZAMORA THICK

Musician from the Popular Institute of Culture. Cultural manager and director of musical projects. He leads training processes for the recovery of musical and oral traditions in the Afro-descendant territories of the Colombian Pacific.

DANIEL MINA CAICEDO

Social communicator expert in the design of digital platforms and social media. He leads the journalistic investigation processes that feed the Foundation's audiovisual proposals.

NATALIE MANCILLA SOLARTE

Social communicator-journalist expert in social media and online marketing. Leads the training processes through digital platforms based on e-learning methodology.
